Bonjour! I hope all is well with everyone. This
week I was a bit slower than last week. I had to work more than last week. However, I did get quite a bit done. I got I believe 5 scales casted. Which is nice that I can keep pumping them out with a busy work week. I also loaded a kiln at school full of scales, ten in total to be exact. I fired them to cone 020. Everything went smoothly and came out well. I dinged one of the scales on a kiln post, and by golly it made a knick so easily! So from that experience I know when someone steps on one, that the scale will break a-o-kay! Wooohoooo! Another thing I got done this week was that I started working on the pelvic floor muscles by making them out of wire. After molding it, I spray painted them white. Though putting them back onto the pelvis the paint scratched like I thought it would. So... But I did test the reproductive systems out to see if they would sit in the wire. It was a good fit, so I think that will work. I have also decided to make a time lapse of one reproductive system decomposing. I need to decided quick on how I want to do the decomposing. If it's on the shelf of pelvises or in some sort of pale or bucket type thing. Probably on the shelf? Also I started working on my chain a little bit again, I believe I added like fourteen links this week. So not much but some.
