Week 5

Hello friends.

My week was crazy hectic. I feel like I got nothing done, though I got a lot done.

For starters I made clay and was ready to ask for a refund on the clay I had been waiting a month for, though moments before I was going to call I got a call. Yep. My clay came in after I made clay. So I went and picked up that clay the next day, and continued to work on my figure I started a month ago. It is nice I did not have to start over, but a little frustrating at the same time.

I also had a few more blow outs on my mold so I took the rest of the week to not cast and take a break from casting. My mind probably needed a break, so I spent the week just working on my figure, screen printing, and painting.

My BFA critique was this week, and I would say that it went fairly well. Got some feedback that I wanted and needed.

Also for anyone curious my tax refund came in, so I was able to buy a new laptop that I was well overdue for. Now working on my thesis paper and my last graduate applications will be easier.
